Refund Policy

At The Clean Match, we want every booking to go smoothly. On the rare occasion that something doesn't go to plan, this policy explains what you're entitled to and how to make a claim.

Platform Subscription Fees:

Customer memberships Annual membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. If you choose to cancel your membership, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period and will not auto-renew. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days within a billing period.

Cleaner subscriptions Monthly subscription fees paid by cleaners to access the platform are non-refundable once payment has been processed. Cleaners who wish to cancel their subscription should do so before their next renewal date via their account settings.

Your Statutory Rights Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation. If you believe you have been treated unfairly, you retain the right to seek independent advice or escalate your complaint to the appropriate regulatory body.

Changes to This Policy The Clean Match reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
